Our Company

A/R/C Associates, Incorporated is an architectural firm founded in 1982 for the specific purpose of providing professional services in the area of roofing and waterproofing of buildings This includes roofs, walls, windows, and foundations. Repair and renovation construction documents have been the main activity of the firm throughout the years. Our services also include the design and specification for corrective action, survey/inventory and maintenance programs for multiple building owners, and the evaluation of thermal and moisture problems in existing buildings through Investigative Reports.

Our firm has provided these services to the United States Postal Service, the United States Air Force, the United States Navy, NASA, the State of Florida, the Florida Department of Military Affairs, the Counties of Lee, Volusia, Orange, Duval, Miami/Dade, and Broward, the Cities of Orlando, Sanford, Casselberry, Longwood, Maitland, and Winter Park. We have also provided services to many condominium associations throughout Florida that have included Waterstreet at Celebration, West Cove, 530 East Central, Phillips Bay, The Dunes of Minorca, and Osceola Brownstones Condominiums to name just a few.
