Existing walkway concourse bridges over the loading docks were found to have no effective vapor barrier installed under existing stucco, leading to bad leaking issues
We proposed adding vapor barrier and recladding the bridge with metal panels
Roofing was also replaced with the addition of large parapets for life safety, and added new ladders for access to the roof
Work was to be done while conventions were under way, and over busy loading docks
