Overview

• Working on an active county rehabilitation facility
• Compliance with the South Florida permitting, and FM Global design and testing guidelines
• Repair and replacement of multiple types of Modified Bitumen roof systems
• County wanted a standing seam metal panel at barrel vaults, we used a more cost-effective PVC Single Ply system with seam caps to simulate this.
• Repaired existing window flashings without removing them.
