Building Survey & Priority Maintenance Program
We document the building conditions in place, assess the maintenance and/or replacement needs, and create a resulting budget. The intent of the survey, whether it is for roofs, walls or components, is to assist the Owner in planning the maintenance requirements that will occur within a defined amount of time.
Roof & Building Investigation Reports
Review existing record drawings. Field measure, photograph, and document specific conditions. Receive and review moisture intrusion history. Review water damage for correlation and causation. Compare with our extensive library of past projects for correlation.
Government, Education, & Commercial Services
We have significant experience in each of these industries. We understand the different needs of these Clients. Check out our Project Portfolio.
Contract Documents for Roofing & Waterproofing
We develop accurate plans and details that communicate the scope to be performed. We identify, design, and specify each different condition found on the building. We provide fabrication details to show how the parts and pieces fit together. We review for completeness and accuracy.
Quality Assurance Inspection and Management
We review completed, or partially completed construction. We inspect methods and materials. We document the work and compare to contract specifications for full compliance.
Disciplined Approach
We use seven disciplines to deliver service excellence. Our disciplines are Understand the Project, Field Investigation, Design Development, Contract Documents, Bidding & Negotiation, Construction Administration, and Project Management. Over 80% of revenues come from repeat Clients.

President
Condominium
I do not know why more condominium associations wouldn’t consider going this route for a major project on their property. They designed everything so well, and kept the project on course. I don’t have time to manage a contractor, and I felt like we were in good hands with A/R/C at the reigns.
